Full wrap vs partial wrap: which makes sense?

Graphix Garage · Columbia, TN · 931-698-6305

Full commercial van wrap by Graphix Garage showing complete brand coverage

A full wrap covers the painted body panels with printed vinyl (windows are usually left clear or get perforated film where needed). Choose full when you want maximum brand presence, a color change, or a busy route where the whole truck is the billboard.

Full wraps cost more and take more bay time. They also protect paint under the film when installed and removed correctly.

Partial usually means doors, hood, tailgate, or a designed block of graphics plus lettering. It is the common first step for service vans, HVAC trucks, and fleets that need the phone number readable without wrapping every panel this quarter.

Full: flagship unit, food truck, brand launch, color change, or high-visibility marketing vehicle. Partial: budget per truck, mixed fleet ages, or you mainly need name / phone / logo on the doors. Lettering only: clean professional look, fastest turn, easy to update a phone number later.

Fleet tip: lock one layout, wrap what you have now, and reprint matching units later from the same file. Not sure? Send photos to 931-698-6305 or request info — we will say when a partial is enough.
